Service Guide – Pay after Use Service- Canada

This Service Guide is subject to and a part of the Reliance IndiaCall Customer Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), and may be changed and/or discontinued at any time by Reliance IndiaCall.  In order to use the Service described below, you must be enrolled as a Reliance IndiaCall customer.  Please see the Agreement on our website at www.relianceindiacall.com/canada (the “Website”) for enrollment information and further details concerning the Service.

1. Descriptions and Availability of Service.  This Service allows you to place calls to anywhere in India from certain provinces and territories of Canada 24 hours a day, seven days a week (the “Service”) for one rate.  All charges for such calls will be billed to your credit/debit/charge card monthly. For an up-to-date listing of the jurisdictions in which you can use the Service, please check our Website. There is a monthly recurring fee for this Service.

2.      Rates and Charges:  The applicable rates and charges for the Service are as follows:

  • Monthly user fee:  $2.49
  • Call Charges:  13.9 cents/minute for calls to anywhere in India, anytime.
  • Connection fee:  None
  • Billing Increment:  One minute.  Fractions of a minute are rounded up to the next whole minute. 
  • Payphone surcharge:  NIL
  • Billing Cycle:  Monthly 
  • Taxes and other charges as described in Section II of the Agreement may apply.

The monthly user fee will be charged to your Reliance IndiaCall account (your “Account”) regardless of whether you use the Service to make any telephone calls in a given month.

 

3.  Access Number.  To access the Service, you must dial the toll free access number    1-866-6-RELIANCE (1-866-673-5426). After dialing the access number, you must enter your registered phone number and the personal identification number (“PIN”) that has been assigned to you, and then the destination number.  If you are dialing from a registered phone number, you may not be required to enter your PIN.

 

4.  Usage Conditions.  The following conditions are specific to the Service:

  • In order to use the Service, you must have an established Account. 

·          Reliance IndiaCall may at any time set a credit limit on your Account based on your payment history and/or your credit score from consumer credit reporting agencies.  If we do this, we will notify you via e-mail of your initial credit limit but we reserve the right to adjust your credit limit at any time. It is your responsibility to know your credit limit.  If you exceed your credit limit, we may restrict your access to the Services, including terminating calls that are in progress and also require you to make payment towards outstanding balance on your account. Foregoing notwithstanding and in addition to other rights we may have under the Agreement or in law, we reserve the right to forthwith charge your credit/debit/charge card on record with us with the outstanding balance on your account without any further intimation.

 

5.  Monthly Statements and Usage Information.  We will send you an electronic statement each month to the e-mail address on record with us.  In addition, you will have confidential access to your usage information – for the current month and the prior three months only – on the Website under “My Account” 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.  We may assess you a processing fee if you request a copy of usage information that is no longer online.

 

6.   Payment.  You can make your bill payments either through our website by logging in to ‘My Account’ or calling our customer service center at 1-888-6-RELIANCE (1-888-673-5426). In case we don’t receive the payment by the due date , we will bill all charges relating to the Service to your credit/debit/charge card number on record with us. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to the credit/debit/charge card, including the expiration date. 

 

7.   Billing Disputes.  You must notify us by calling our Customer Service Center at      1-888-6-RELIANCE (1-888-673-5426) or e-mail at customercare@relianceindiacall.com of any disputed charges within thirty (30) days of the date of the monthly statement on which the charge appears. To the extent we determine that a billing adjustment is warranted, we will credit your Account accordingly and such adjustment will be reflected in the following month’s statement. 

 

8.   Cancellation.  We will provide the Service to you until one or more of the following events occur:

  • You choose to close your Account by notifying us by e-mail at customercare@relianceindiacall.com or by calling our Customer Service Center at 1-888-6-RELIANCE (1-888-673-5426). 
  • We suspend or terminate your Account as provided in Section III of the Agreement.
  • We discontinue the Service.

In all instances, you will remain responsible for payment of all charges for Service rendered up through the date one of us discontinues the Service.

 

8.    Customer Service: If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about our Service, you may contact our Customer Service Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by e-mail at customercare@relianceindiacall.com or by phone at 1-888-6-RELIANCE       (1-888-673-5426).
